India’s start-ups face recruitment hurdle from universities

In India start-up companies had become the biggest recruiters of new graduates.

The jobs on offer were among the most sought after due to attractive salary and employment terms. That was the norm, until this year.

Some of India’s most coveted universities have now blacklisted a number of start-ups from recruiting on campus. The BBC’s Sameer Hashmi went to find out why.
