AUCTIONING your home usually 4 days before Christmas might seem like a nightmare, though appearing holidays, or not, hundreds of last-minute properties will be on a auction retard this weekend.
Across NSW, 366 properties are going underneath a produce and a whopping sum of 609 were scheduled to auction in a 7 days to this Sunday.
On a Saturday before Christmas final year, usually 157 Sydney properties were auctioned and a small 225 opposite a whole state went underneath a produce during that time.
